We Love our Homestead Modern Farmhouse

We absolutely love my Homestead Modern Farmhouse for so many reasons. The spacious, two-story design makes the whole home feel open and airy, and the natural light that floods the rooms only adds to that welcoming vibe. The layout is perfect for our needs, with a kitchen and living room that seamlessly flow together, making it easy to enjoy time with my husband. The master bedroom and bathroom are a dream, with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet, offering a relaxing retreat. We also love the back deck area, where we spend most of our summer evenings unwinding and enjoying the view. The two-car attached garage is so convenient, and having three bedrooms gives us the flexibility to use one as an office. The unfinished 2nd story provides attic space for plenty of storage, keeping the open plan clean and minimalistic.

Delivering & installing The Homestead modern farmhouse

When our Homestead Modern Farmhouse was delivered, it arrived in individual modules that were carefully built in a factory. The modules were then delivered to our location, where they were set in place onto the foundation with a crane. Once all the pieces were positioned, they were connected to form the complete house. We also have the optional attached garage, so that was constructed after the modular unit was in place. Despite being a modular home, it was built to the same high standards as a traditionally constructed home, following all the same building laws and codes. The entire process was seamless, and seeing our new home come together piece by piece was an exciting experience.

Our Homestead Modern Farmhouse has become the perfect place for my husband and me to enjoy quality time together and host friends. We love spending time around the kitchen island, where we share meals and drink coffee, catching up on our day. The open layout makes it easy for us to be together, whether we’re in the living room, dining area, or kitchen. In the evenings, we unwind on the back deck, enjoying the sunset and each other’s company. We also really enjoy hosting, and our home is great for entertaining.
