How Long Has Zook Cabins Been Doing RevShare?
Zook Cabins has been doing Revshare since October of 2023. That puts at just a little bit over a year of experience in the RevShare Space. We have found it to be a successful model for both the land owner and park model investor.
What Is RevShare?
RevShare is an opportunity for a land owner and an investor to make a short term rental opportunity together. The land owner is in charge of providing the infrastructure and the investor is in charge of providing the Park Model home. WYLD Hospitality will help create an agreement between the land owner and the investor so that an easy to follow agreement can be made between the two parties.
Who Purchases The Park Model?
The investor will purchase the park model. This includes all the furniture, decorations, amenities and anything else that is needed to make the unit a top notch experience. This removes any financial burden from the land owner when it comes to the financial commitment of a park model.
Who prepares The Site?
The land owner is in charge of setting up all the infrastructure needed for the arrival of the park model. This includes, electrical, septic, and water. It is also their job to ensure that the Park model home can be delivered to the desired site. However, it is not their responsibility to ensure leveling, skirting and finishing of the park model that is the responsibility of the investor.
How does the relationship work?
WYLD Hospitality will work with Zook Cabins, the land owner and the investor to create a deal that works for everyone. Zook cabins will provide the desired park model and deliver it to the site. The site will be prepared and ready to go by the land owner. The park model will be prepared, with furnishings, decorations, and whatever other experiences the land owner and investor agree up by the investor.
What is involved in setting up a park model home?
The idea of setting up a park model home is something that can be overwhelming, especially if this is a new venture for you. What Resorts Have Zook Cabins and WYLD Hospitality worked with in the past?
Zook Cabins and Wyld Hospitality have worked with Red Run Resort and Somerset Resort. Both of these were campgrounds that were purchased by investors and then upgraded with park model homes. WYLD Hospitlaity manages these campgrounds, making it a great way for land investors to have an easy way to open up REVSharing opportunities for park model investors.
Zook Cabins has also partnered with Bellefonte Campground, Hartman Center Campground, and Bullcreek RV Park to create RevSharing opportunities.
What Park Model Can Be Used For RevSharing?
All of the park models that Zook Cabin has to offer can be used for RevSharing. So, if you want something simple like our Nook Studio or more luxurious like our A-Frame Studio, all of them could be used for Park Model RevShare opportunities. In fact, as the land owner, you could make stipulations about which park model homes you would or would not be willing to allow on your property.
