We provide a maintenance & care guide, this guide will help & teach you how to keep your Park Model Home in excellent condition for as long as possible!

Nope! Park Model Homes are built according to RV regulations, while Mobile Homes are built to the HUD code & Mobile Homes are permanently placed in one location once installed.

Leveling a Park Model Home can be quick and straightforward with this method: lift the home using jacks and stabilize it on blocks made of engineered wood or concrete, keeping the wheels attached. The home will remain elevated on the tongue jack and scissor jacks. Ensure the blocks are correctly installed and do not leave the home permanently on the jacks. Pre-level your gravel or concrete pad to minimize the need for adjustments later.

It is recommended to place your home on a flat gravel or concrete surface to prevent shifting or sinking. Since Park Model Homes are permanently attached to a trailer base, they cannot be placed on traditional foundations such as basements, pits, or pier-and-beam structures.

Yes! We fully furnish the interior (however no furniture is included!). Once the home arrives, you will see it’s fully equipped with all the essentials such as faucets, shower, cabinets, & light fixtures! Only thing left is for you to set up the furniture & add your favorite decor.
