We lost our family cabin in Rocky Mountain National Park to the East Troublesome fire in 2020. My grandfather had originally built the cabin in 1943; so it was a huge loss to the entire family. Grand County is an extremely expensive place to build, and even if we could have afforded a custom build (there was no way we could) we would have been on a contractors waiting list for years. And then I hooked up with Allan Fisher at Zook who showed me their high quality cabins at very reasonable prices, and the rest is history. I contracted with Zook in early 2021 and with the help of Zook PM Jason, my family was in our fantastic new cabin in early 2022.

The cabin is great, the craftsmanship is wonderful. Zook made it possible for this family tradition to continue for future generations. With out Zook, our slice of paradise in RMNP would have come to an end.
