I recently purchased two park models from ZOOK. I had a great experience working with them. I am on the West coast and they were delivered to me within a week of when they were promised. They were delivered separately which worked out great for me as I set these up as Airbnb rentals. I own an rv park on the Klamath River in California and I have been quite busy with booking these units. The refrigerator and gas oven needed to be unpacked when they arrived and I needed to replace one globe on one light fixture that broke in transition. The gas igniters had to be replaced because they are too fragile to travel unprotected. The packing people really did a great job securing everything else. I recommended to Zook that this be addressed in future deliveries. Amenities like toilet paper holders, towel bars and hooks need to be purchased and installed by you because they do not come with the units. Also the fiberglass showers really need a shower enclosure but I am making do with showers curtains and rods. They met their production promises to the day. I would definitely do business with them again!
