In short, we LOVE our Zook Cabin and give the entire process a five star recommendation.
Our story starts when I found the ZOOK Cabin website and received a return call from their Western Regional Sales Representative, Allan Fisher. Allan was very patient to answer my numerous questions from the start and through the entire project. We selected the Musketeer model from the many options available and chose the 1,008 sq ft size. With Allan’s help we made a couple minor adjustments to the floor plan and extended the front porch to include the side which has the kitchen door entry.
Once we confirmed our plans, we were connected with the Zook Cabin Project Manager, Durrell Hahn, who like Allan, was very available to answer questions. Durrell was responsible for arranging the delivery and on site set up. This all went very smooth from our perspective. We were even updated as our cabin made its way across the country. The cabin arrival was very exciting and it was fun to meet the delivery team. Next we met the on site set up crew which had also been arranged by Durrell. The six member team was led by John Stoltzfus who did a great job. It was a pleasure to witness him direct the team to the completion of our project. They were professional, friendly and worked very well together.
Both Durrell and Allan were there for us from the start through delivery and even beyond to assist with any follow up questions. I can’t say enough about how helpful both Durrell and Allan were in making the entire process go smooth for us. I call them my ‘Cabin Heroes’.
We are beyond thrilled with our Zook Cabin.
