I’d give them a perfect score! What great customer service and quality. I can’t find one thing that I would change about Zooks and we don’t give perfect ratings easily. We purchased a cabin home in 2015 along with a beautiful 2 car garage that was built by this company. The whole experience was fun and easy. The building team (from the drivers to the project managers) were exceptional. A couple years later, a matching 12 X 20 shed and recently matching accessories. Now, our cabin is our permanent home. It’s beautiful, built very well and cozy! Other contractors who have done work here are amazed at the building quality. Everyone at Zooks is always responsive to any need. Friendly, honest and right on target when it comes to exceptional quality and customer service.
