Do I need a permit for a modern cabin in Ohio?

Yes, a permit is necessary in Ohio. To build a Modern Cabin Home a permit is required & mandated by the state. If you’d like to learn how to file for a permit & the permit fees, you can contact your local government and/or local Department of Buildings office. Keep in mind that some counties/towns require a zoning permit to set up & install your cabin, make sure to double check the local zoning ordinances in your area!

The Modern Cabin will come FULLY Furnished (Furniture not included). After the delivery & installation process is finished, your brand new home will be ready to go! Things such as faucets, shower, cabinets, light fixtures and all the other living essentials are all set up! Only thing you’ll need to do is order the furniture, lay it out, & decorate the home with your favorite style!
