I would highly recommend Matt Albrecht and the Zook Cabins crew, they were fantastic from start to finish. Matt always answered emails and phone calls in a timely manner, always very responsive and accommodating to any questions or concerns. Matt made working with this company a pleasure. We toured the factory in PA and felt secure and in the loop during all steps of the building process. We were amazed at the ease in which our cabin was delivered and assembled on our property. Levi and his crew were professional, polite, and hard working. Our cabin is located in the Catskill mountains of upstate NY and factors such as weather and distance from where the factory is located in PA were never an issue. The quality of our cabin is absolutely amazing, and beautiful. Everything is very solid, well-built and installed properly. We loved Zook’s product so much that we furnished our cabin with their furniture line as well. Overall Zook is a great company with service and product and will not disappoint or fall short of expectations.
