In 2015, I started working with the Zook’s to have the Mountaineer Cabin placed onto my property in Northern Maryland. They were very attentive to what my wife and I wanted with any customizations requested. They quickly made all the changes and I was able to go to the factory and see the cabin being built. They met all their delivery dates promised and we were very impressed with the teams both at the factory and onsite as the cabin was delivered. They then built a detached garage that matched the cabin as well. I would say that their quality on what was built is excellent and exceeded our expectations.

After 5 years we have had no problems with the cabin or garage and we continue to have others say how much they are impressed with it. A!so, the cabin is so well insulated our electrical and gas bills are reduced from our other residence.
