We purchased the Settler Modular Cabin from Zook. Allan Fisher was our consultant; he answered every question explaining the process we would go through from initial purchase, drawing up the plans and making any needed changes to making sure we had everything in place on our end when the cabin was ready for delivery. Allan relayed our questions and ideas to the architects and made sure the changes we requested were made. It was truly great working with him as he kept us updated on the progress of the build.
Fred Eibling, was our contact at the production shop in Kentucky.
We had bi-weekly phone meetings during the production process, keeping us apprised of the status of the cabin. He also organized the shipping and delivery crews.
The delivery and installation went well. The onsite crew, Ray and Lamar were efficient and completed our installation after overcoming a problem with the foundation. The skill with which they completed the final touches speaks to the quality this product.
Since completion, Allan has checked back with us and we have shared how delighted we are with the quality workmanship and that the cabin has exceeded our expectations.
Our cabin was purchased in Pennsylvania, built in Kentucky, delivered to our site in North Georgia. The coordination and communication between all parties involved was excellent as we felt supported in all phases of the process. Thanks everyone for a beautiful cabin!
