I was very impressed with Zook throughout the sales process. Allan was exceptional in working with me on design, changes and ideas. He consistently responded quickly and was great at customer service. Friendly staff and efficient homes in a cost effective manner. Although some of their manufacturing sites are better than others, especially if shipping to the West, yet I would trust Allan and the sales side to be true to their word.
