Bought a Sierra Park Model Log home from Zook Cabins about a couple of months ago and just love it ! Cabin is certified as a RV and fully furnished with 1BR, 1Bath, 2 loft beds, 1 daybed in LR and a large loft that can sleep another 4-5 kids / adults (loft is only 4′ tall though, so adults cannot stand). Solidly built, well designed, full kitchen. Comes with nice custom wood dining table and wood stools to go with the wood log interior. Nice size 10’x12′ porch. The included electric HVAC unit quickly cools the 400 sqft interior. Nice cozy tiny home perfect for a family stay for a few days / recreational home in the woods etc. Only thing had to add was the stairs to access the porch. Roof got damaged during delivery, but Zook worked with my schedule to get someone to come over and fix it. For less than $100K, great way to get a fully functional tiny home delivered and instantly ready to use ! Leon Fisher, Sales was great to work with and friendly and took care of everything I needed including answering a ton of questions. The other staff were quite professional as well (Durrell Hahn for delivery, Leon Lapp for the repair work etc). Overall, great buy and I recommend it !
