The two dormers, with windows, not only provide light and ventilation for the second floor loft, but also perfect finishes the exterior of the cabin. 

The porch runs the length of the cabin, overlooking the valley. Making it the perfect place to start your day, enjoying a cup of coffee and the rocky mountains in the distance. And that is only the outside. 

Prefab Cabin Interior

The interior of this Prefab Cabin in Grand Lake CO is finished with ¾” tongue & groove knotty-white pine on the walls and ceiling, plus durable tongue & groove yellow pine on the floors. The windows are all ProVia insulated vinyl double-hung/tilt windows. 

As you step through the double glass doors, into the livingroom, you enter the open layout of the cabin that combines the living space, so your family and friends don’t have to choose between the kitchen and livingroom. The partially exposed staircase up to the second floor loft just adds a nice touch to the corner of the living room. 

The living room is the place everyone will want to gather, with the cozy feel of the pine walls, and the stunning views outside the front windows.
