Every cabin we build can be customized to fit your needs from the size of the building right down to the finish options. The possibilities are certainly not limited to the things that we have done, as many times the best ideas come from the customer who will be enjoying the cabin. We will do our best to incorporate every customization you can think of to your building allowing you to put your personal touch to it, and make the cabin that best fits your needs.
If you have ideas for what you're looking for great, our experts can help you out by drawing that up for you and making sure that everything lay out correctly before construction begins. We have found that sometimes by spending a few minutes on the phone we can get an idea of what you are looking for, and draw up some rough ideas. For many customers it is easier then to look at some drawings and ideas, and say "yes I like that", "No that doesn't work" or "could we move this here" rather than creating from scratch. We will go back and forth making changes to your plans until we have a finished plan that you are completely satisfied with.

Flooring Options
Yellow Pine Flooring
With so many options you have the opportunity to take a cabin style, and create the "wilderness retreat" that fits all you needs. Look through all of the options we have to offer, and be creative, if there are ideas you have let us know and we'll work to incorporate them into your cabin design. If you don't want to be creative choose one of the floor plans that we have already designed, that have worked for so many others.
We offer two flooring choices in our cabins, both of which are excellent choices. The yellow pine tongue and groove flooring offers a blilliatn shine, and great look. The Wood Grain linoleum flooring offers as great look with exceptional durability, and is very easy to clean, which is great because you went to the cabin to relax, not to clean. Both of the flooring options are interchangeable, and the price for eac is the same. Custom flooring can be added, and will be priced by project.
With our buildings being a single story for the most part, it is very easy to move furniture into your cabin. In fact we'll go a step farther, and offer you this. If you would like to put new appliances into your cabin, you can order them from Home Depot or Lowe's and have them delivered to our lot so we can put them in place for you and save you the trouble of doing that yourself. There would be no chargefor this service, as we consider it just one of the ways we can help you and ease your workload.

Julie says: If you are planning on having long stays at the cabin (more than 1-2 weeks at a time) you may want to consider the larger custom kitchen. The more your cabin feels like home the more you will enjoy your time there.
Standard Kitchenette Package:Very popular in finished models:
- it gives you space to store the kitchen items and utensils that you need, so that you do not need to drag everything back and forth everytime you go to the cabin.
- Includes 6' base cabinets
- 3' wall cabinets
- a single bowl kitchen sink, with the plumbing complete.
- The cabinets are high quality pine, and come with the countertop included.
Custom Kitchen Package: Allows you to design and customize a kitchen that best fits your needs, great if you need additional storage space in your cabin.
- You can add as many base, and wall cabinets as you would like.
- Custom kitchen packages are priced out by the project, but give you the opportunity to put your own touch in the design of your kitchen add an island, and create your own nook, or keep it simple the choice is yours.
The average kitchen in a primary residence would range from about 18 linear feet for a small kitchen to 30' and more for a larger custom kitchen. This would include base cabinets, wall cabinets, and any island in the kitchen. Our kitchen packages can be customized to create the kitchen you desire, or kept simple giving you the necessities to meet your needs.
Zook Structures Feature:
All of our cabins were designed with your comfort in mind that is why each comes with standard with large windows allowing lots of natural light into your cabin, and showing off the brilliant glow of your finished interior. Windows can be added, and upgraded to even larger custom sizes to give allow for more natural light in your building.
Standard Bathroom Package: A necessity for anyone not looking to adventure out in the cold to use the facilities. Also gives you a nice place to take a hot shower after a day in the cold. Comes standard with:
- toilet
- 32" shower
- sink/vanity
- closet
- 30 gal H/W Heater
- Fan light combo in ceiling
Bathroom package is always a good idea whenever possible. After all this is the alternative. Brrrrr!
The bathroom packages that we offer include a closet which gives you plenty of room to store all of your toiletries, linens, and towels. Addiitonal closet space can be added throughout the cabin at your request.
Custom Options
Large porch kit: Built off off your sidewall, this option can allow for you to have the maximum interior space, but still have the nice look and praticality of the porch. The Porch gives you that great place to kick back in the evening and reflect on the events of the day, in your beautiful wilderness setting. Porch kit as shown $3500. Porch kits range in size from 96 sqft. to 176 sqft.
Adirondack with custom kitchen and breakfast bar. Breakfast bar allows you a place to enjoy meals without having a large table taking up all your living space. It's a great way to add more dining room and still preserve your open space! 
Custom jacuzzi tub in bedroom of cabin adds to the ambience of your building. Great selling point for cabins that will be rented for weekend retreats, or week long vacation. Adds a touch of luxury to the wilderness feel. 
Finish Options on the Interior: Each building can also be:
- fully insulated
- flooring installed
- finished interior of tongue and groove pine
- Additional Bedrooms, or interior walls
- Additional Closet Space
- shelves installed
- as well as other requests you may have.
Custom Bedroom with jacuzzi tub, additional shelving, HVAC unit install ed. Allows you additional storage, all season temperature control, and the luxuries guests love when booking rentals for weekend retreats, and getaways. Important: If you are already looking at a floor plan package, without paying a penny more most of these options are included in the package price.
